Cash Care Savings Plan If you do not have insurance, or only carry catastrophic coverage, and pay cash for your doctors visit, we have a plan for you. Here's how it works - You pay $50.00 per year (and $15.00 per year for each additional household family member). When you come in for your next visit, your Cash Care Savings Plan begins (For example, if you purchase the Plan in November but do not use it until the following January, your plan (and all additional members) is effective for one (1) year from the January date). For that year, all of your office visits are up to 50% off the regular charge. For example, if your visit is $200.00 you pay $100.00. It's that easy. Of course all labs, tests, and procedures performed by outside services are not covered, but since we do many of our lab, tests, and x-rays in house those savings are passed directly to you.
